The Amazing Katleen
In this new outdoor production, Katleen is delving deeper into the 'Circus from the past'. Reinventing forgotten handstand skills and bringing them back to life with a fresh wind.
The Amazing Katleen brings an ode to the traditional circus by focussing on the position of the woman, the mother. She is very strong in her arms but shows the human and vulnerable side of being rather weak.
About Katleen Ravoet
Graduated in 2012 at the Academy for Circus and Performance Arts in Tilburg (AcaPA) where she specialised in handbalancing and acrobatics. She co-created the company Le Cirque du Platzak and Les Triplettes. Her ambition and focus now is to make Circ Rodini grow and keep on reinventing herself as an artist.
