MAT is a Dutch-Flemish show by TENT and Common Ground featuring stunning acrobatics, exploring the beauty in failure and the freedom in embracing it.
On a stage full of mats, seven acrobats share the art of falling. When the ground disappears beneath your feet, how do you land, how do you get back up? Without any foothold, they venture into the void and fall, fall again, each time better. In the circus performance MAT, they challenge themselves and each other to take risks, because to improve, you need the courage to fail. And who understands the art of falling better than a circus artist?
