BEYOND is about the fragility, absurdity and power of boundaries, and how we can push them by working together. Together, they dance on the collective ladders of human imagination.

This dynamic, exhilarating and poetic circus and dance performance explores, challenges and overcomes limits. Choreographer Piet Van Dycke works with six professional artists, each specialising in a different discipline (ladder walking, acrodance, acrobike, partner acrobatics and (pole) dance). On stage, they emerge as boundless bridge builders.

Circumstances represents a refined cross-pollination between circus, dance, music and scenography. Energetic and poetic performances full of suspense that move and connect. Leuven choreographer and circus producer Piet Van Dycke creates and directs ground-breaking shows that strengthen the connection between people. In a short time, he has firmly established himself internationally as a circus creator. His productions are perceived as a breath of fresh air within the circus world and have been awarded with BNG Bank Prijs (2021), the Children's Jury Prize of Krokusfestival (2023) and the selection for Het TheaterFestival (2023).
